Contribution guidelines for DotBot Logistics are not written yet. This page is a placeholder and will cover development setup, coding conventions, the patch/commit workflow, and how to propose changes.

In the meantime:

• Architecture — how the pieces fit together: the mm ↔ cell boundary, the simulation core, and the PIBT algorithm.
• Improvement — open ideas and directions for future work.
